The site supports the book The Courage to Reinvent by Dori Gonzalez-Acevedo and its companion podcast. Using the site or buying from it means you accept these terms. What we own

Dori Gonzalez-Acevedo owns the copyright in the book, the workbook, and her writing. ProcellaRX LLC is the publisher, owns the site and the podcast, and owns the marks ProcellaRX, Decision Quality Intelligence, DQI, Quality TEA, and Reinvention Lab.

Read the site, share links, and quote short passages with attribution. Do not republish our material, reuse the workbook or DQI material in teaching or consulting without a written license, or use any of it to train a machine learning model. Licensing requests go to support@procellarx.co.

What you send us

If you send us a story, a question, an endorsement, or feedback, you keep it and you give us permission to publish it in connection with the book, the podcast, and our marketing. Send only what is yours to send.

The content is not advice

The book and everything here are published for reading and reflection.

This is not regulatory, legal, or compliance advice. The book discusses quality decisions in regulated industries, and nothing in it tells you what your organization must do. Confirm your obligations with your own counsel and quality unit.

This is not medical or psychological treatment. The book adapts a twelve step structure to professional decisions. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified provider.

Buying the book

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax and shipping. Stripe processes payment, and we charge you when you order, including pre-orders.

Publication and shipping dates are estimates. If a date moves materially we will tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

The Founding 250 is a limited edition of 250 numbered hardcover copies. It includes a closed session in January 2027 and the workbook delivered there. Seats are personal to the buyer. If the session cannot happen, we will offer a substitute date or refund the part of the price attributable to it, and you keep the book.

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before your copy enters production. Once a copy ships, the sale is final. We replace damaged or defective copies at our cost if you tell us within 14 days of delivery.

Risk passes to you when the carrier takes the parcel. Customs charges on international orders are yours. You are responsible for the address and email you give us, and we cannot cover a copy that goes astray because the details were wrong. Tell us before production and we will fix it.

If we list a wrong price or a wrong description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

The site links to booksellers, podcast platforms, and social networks we do not control. What you buy or share there is governed by their terms, not ours.

Copyright complaints

This site publishes our own material. There is no comment board and visitors cannot post. If you believe something here infringes your copyright, write to info@procellarx.co with the material, where it appears, and your contact details.

Limits

We provide the site as it is and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything connected with the site or an order is limited to what you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or personal injury, or affects your rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and disputes belong in the state or federal courts in Fairfax County, Virginia. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove the rights your local law gives you.

Changes

We update these terms when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
